Noted for a vocal delivery that is, “forceful, with a high register that sounds like Arthur Blythe, a low range that booms out like Armstrong’s”, vocalist Sophie Dunér makes her Brighton Fringe debut with “nuclear reactor” pianist Jonathan Powell in a unique programme of six works by the influential late-20th century composers Morton Feldman and Karlheinz Stockhausen.
With special guest, violinist Leora Cohen: former National Youth Orchestra Co-Principal.
